These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wayfinder website and any related pages or services we make available (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Wayfinder Labs ("Wayfinder," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access to Wayfinder. It does not create a contract for service, guarantee access, or constitute a purchase. We may offer access in stages and at our discretion, and features described on the Service may change as the product develops.

The Service, including its content, design, branding, logos, and software, is owned by Wayfinder Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
By joining the waitlist or contacting us, you agree that we may send you emails related to early access, product updates, and the Service. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in — on our website, in writing, or otherwise — you agree to receive text (SMS/MMS) messages from Wayfinder Labs related to early access, account and service notifications, product updates, and support. By opting in you consent to receive such messages at the number provided.
How we handle mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfinder Labs and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wayfinder Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wayfinder Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
